‘Housekeeping Rules’ Anyone wishing to use audio or visual equipment / material in the church sanctuary should make contact with those responsible a minimum of one week before the event toensure that people and equipment is available and ready and file formats etc are O.K. If the event is not on a Sunday, contact should be made one month beforehand. Currently, those responsible for sound are as follows: John Black, Andrew Johnston, Brian McGlaughlin, Stephen Park. And those responsible for visual media are: Paul Ferguson, Margaret Hamilton, Stephen Park. Please be considerate when organising meetings on the church premises: heating programmes are generally arranged from one week to the next. If you plan to use meeting rooms, please either have your meeting announced in this bulletin, or speak to Kenneth Rollins. Some of our facilities take hours to reach room temperature, so trying to get hold of someone to switch the heat on once you’re there isn’t really a viable option! And if your meeting is cancelled / postponed...please remember to let Kenneth know immediately so that energy does not go to waste.*** Thank you for your cooperation. ***
